Our General Terms apply to all other terms and conditions listed on the Coal-Drop website.

1. Theses are the meanings of the terms used throughout all our T&Cs.
   • “us”/”we”/”our” refers to our company Coal-Drop.
   • “you” refers to the person whom is being supplied goods, otherwise known as the customer.
   • “goods” refers to the products being sold or supplied.
2. Legal ownership of products purchased from the Coal-Drop website shall remain the property of Coal-Drop until payment has been made in full by the customer AND successful delivery has been made by our third-party hauliers to the customer/customer’s designated address.
3. All content within the Coal-Drop website is the intellectual property of Coal-Drop. All designs, text, images etc are copyrighted and belong exclusively to Coal-Drop. No replication or unauthorised use of any of the digital material on the coal-drop website is permitted.
